Returns + Exchanges

 

We hope you love your purchase, but if it didn't work out we are here to help you find the right style, or exact item you are looking for.

Zoë Carol a small brand that operates under a small-batch business model. In order to operate we have a few policies for returns/exchanges:

14 Days to Return

Return or exchange eligible items within 14 days. Email us at info@zoecarol.com to request a return/exchange form.

How to Return or Exchange 

Step 1

Make sure your item is eligible for exchange

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your package.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, clean, and with original hang tag and packaging. It must be in a sale-able condition, unaltered from original state.

You also must have the original receipt or proof of online purchase if received as a gift.

If you're unsure, just email us at info@zoecarol.com and we'll assist you.

Step 2

Complete the Return/Exchange form and pack up your item

Email us at info@zoecarol.com to request our Return/Exchange form and we will send it to you immediately. Complete the form ensuring you've included your Order # and billing name. If you do not include this in your package, we won't know how to process your return.

Then, pack up unused items with original hang tag and any packaging and mail it to us at the following address:

Because we provide free postage on all our products, we do not provide pre-paid postage or refund shipping cost. If you fail to follow through with any of our conditions we will not be responsible for postage cost back to you. We recommend you return your items registered post with tracking & insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen in the shipping process, shipping is a third party entity, please contact your local postal service with your tracking information for help.

Step 3

We'll take it from here

Once we've received your package, we'll process your return or exchange.
If you are making a return for a refund, you will be refunded the full amount for your product, minus a €5 restocking fee, and original postage cost.
If you are making an exchange, we'll restock your old item and send your new item.
